**Mission**

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

**Scope of job**:

- In coordination with Project Manager/Subsystem Manager, prepare periodic Project reviews with all relevant financial analysis.
- Control and optimize Project results of the engineering work pacakage through close involvement with Project Manager
- Challenge the estimate to complete in order to maximize the Project margin
- Assure Customer invoicing is completed as soon as possible and play an active role in securing payment from Customer in due time
- Review and analyze all balance sheet items linked to projects viz. WIP, balance recoverable from customer, Inventory, etc.
- Manage project hedging to limit exposure
- Provide all Project finance reporting
- Participate in Project Management team meetings, risk sessions, and all decision-making concerning Project financial or contractual aspects
- Ensure accuracy of actuals and estimates to complete
- Ensure cost components quality, cost, and delivery commitment is properly documented/backed up and monitored on monthly basis
- Ensure the economic and financial management of the project, following all company procedures and ensuring risks and opportunities are managed to optimize the project financial targets

Operations
- Ensure proper cost controlling and review mechanism (Control external costs & commitments with interfaces with Sourcing, Project & Engineering teams)
- Set up adequate processes & KPI’s to measure the activity and the services delivered on a periodic basis - Structure monthly function reviews & drive cost out actions
- Propose efficient and innovative ways to measure each cost function & its evolution during the buildup & running phases and drive cost reduction efforts

Management Reviews
- Prepare the estimate at completion along with Cross functional team to be validated during the Project Reviews
- Monthly/ WP review to review operational performance, dashboards, etc
- Say Do ratio : Drive updation of phasing of project cost month on month basis.

Audit
- Ensure smooth closure of statutory & Internal audit in respect of Project expenses, receivables, Revenue.
- Support for ISO audit, APSYS Audit Etc.

**Measurement**

Timely preparation of the Financial Management of the Project, Accuracy of the information and Transparency in the communication following the Company procedures and ensuring the risks and opportunities are followed in order to meet the project targets.

**Scope**:

- **Will manage 6-8 projects Local External customer & Team handling 6-8 Export projects.***
