Job Title: Preschool Teacher (English Fluency & Child Care Focus)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and educational activities that promote language development and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

2. Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children to feel safe, secure, and motivated to learn.

3. Utilize various teaching strategies and materials, with a strong emphasis on developing students' English language fluency through play, storytelling, songs, and conversation.

4. Monitor and assess students' progress in language development, social skills, and cognitive abilities, providing constructive feedback and adapting instruction as needed.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices for child care and English language instruction, ensuring a consistent approach across the preschool.

6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement, with a focus on English language development.

7. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education and English language teaching.

8. Ensure the safety, well-being, and overall health of students by adhering to school policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.

9. Assist in the supervision of students during outdoor play, meal times, and other daily routines.

10. Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications:
1. Exceptional English language fluency, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Understanding of child development and the principles of early childhood education.

3. A genuine passion for working with young children and the ability to nurture their growth and development.

4. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

5. Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

6. Proficiency in using technology to support student learning and facilitate communication.
