**Job description**

As a B2B Marketer, you will be in charge of brand awareness marketing. Lead generation, website development, content curation/creation, and sales collateral.

Responsibilities: Take ownership, no one likes micro-management
- Create content marketing strategies and set short and long-term objectives.
- Worked with a sales team in Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.
- Understanding of Demand Generation strategies and Lead Conversion principles.
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
- Capability to develop value propositions that communicate effectively to specific audiences.
- Extensive experience developing audience segments and marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and build brand affinity.
- Successfully leveraging the full value of marketing automation processes and tools.

**Requirements**:
1. Degree in Marketing or relevant field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of full time hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.

3. Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.

4. Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.

5. Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

6. Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies.

7. An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.

8. Excellent communication skills.
