Job Description: Freelance Mentors for Online Classes

Position: Freelance Mentor

Type: Part-Time/ Freelance

Location: Online

Compensation ₹ 500 per class

Class Duration: 60 minutes per class

Subjects Offered:

- Keyboard

Class Formats:

- 1:1 Classes: Personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Group Classes: Interactive sessions with small groups of students to encourage peer learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to different learning formats (demo, 1:1, group).
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging online learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Kids Chaupal team to continuously improve the content and delivery of your classes.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring, particularly in an online setting, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons for children.
- Reliable internet connection nd proficiency with online teaching tools.
