**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in databases and internal systems with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Maintain records and files, ensuring they are organized and up to date.
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis as required.

- Handle administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management.
- Respond to inquiries related to data and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Previous experience in a back office or administrative role.
