*Roles and Responsibilities*
- To plan the programs, based on field needs and curriculum inputs and ensure implementation and dissemination.
- To conduct programs / sessions on the field.
- To ensure implementation of safety norms and other rules & regulation in all programs / sessions.
- To help in building rapport and relationship with Football Association, schools, clubs and recognized coaches, monitor the attendance of children/ensuring their continued presence in the programs.
- To prepare the program reports, quarterly and yearly reports.
- To ensure that all the documents related to Program planning and implementation are in place and readily accessible.
- To ensure that the children attend regularly and on a consistent basis.
- To maintain the attendance records with respect to staff and monitor the attendance records of the children.
- To plan their own yearly objectives and be part of the appraisal process.
- To ensure that the team is motivated and play an active role in facilitating an environment in the organization that is conducive to development, performance and fun
