- Employ effective consultative techniques including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that lead to winning business.
- Must be able to follow the 4 steps of Counseling : Opening, Probing, Supporting & Closing.
- The Counselor must understand the specific motivations of each prospect in order facilitate the prospect’s decision.
- Must also be able to generate revenue for the company and create value addition by building brand reputation.
- Give valuable advice/ counseling on the courses offered by the company to every single lead generated via various media.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Must be able to build strong rapport with the prospect & set maximum video counselings / group counselings / presentations etc.
- Developing and building a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
- Understanding the need of the client, objective of considering the course and deliver customized counselling.

**Please Note**:

- Preferably looking for Women

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Education & Admission Counsellors: 2 years (preferred)
