Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing ServiceNow and ITSM training in an IT environment.
- Providing classroom and computer-based training to technical and business staff members
- Aligning with the team to provide training for upgrades and new modules

Required skills and experience:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience as a trainer
- Experience putting together training materials
- Clear, concise communication skills
- ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge
- ITIL certification preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
