Company Secretary

Coordinate the Board Meetings, Board Committee Meeting, General Meetings, etc. and other allied
works along with follow-up actions thereof as required under Companies Act, 2013;
Maintain and record Statutory Registers as required under the Companies Act & Rules thereunder;
Manages all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission;
Must have knowledge of the latest regulatory or statutory changes that might affect the
organization are up to date.
Liaison with external regulators like RoC, stock exchange etc and advisers such as lawyers if required.
Must have good skill in drafting of various agreements, documents etc.
Knowledge of SEBI regulation like Listing regulation, takeover code etc.
In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI guidelines, disclosures and compliances
applicable to listed companies, and all regulations applicable.
Expertise in all Company secretarial activities, statutory ulatory compliances, MCA 21 filings, XBRL
Filings etc. under the Companies Act 2013, FEMA, RBI, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills in relationship building and for coordination with various
locations/departments for collecting information and to enable smooth work, while maintaining
confidentiality of information.
**Educational Qualifications**:
A qualified member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
