Import Export Executive

Mumbai, India Retail Detailz India Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Experience in Custom clearance.
- Follow up for post clearance documents form CHA and help Account department to make remittances to supplier.
- Keeping track of Shipment Arrival Status & Timely Filing of Custom Documents.
- Prepare Retail Invoice /Tax Invoice/Insurance arrange transporter way bill as required by state to dispatch materials in domestic movement.
- Preparation of pre and post shipment Documents.
- Follow-up with Merchandisers regarding Shipments & Payments.
- Checking all the documents Pre, Post Shipment docs like Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction, GSP, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, BL/AWB, Freight Certificate, Inspection Certificate, Bill of exchange, Bank Documents, L/C, BRC, etc.
- Can handle overall Export & Import Shipment management.
- Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes.
- Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.
- Search for possibilities to reduce taxes.
- Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities.
- Manage the entire co
- ordination with CHA, Freight forwarders, coordinating with excise officers regarding the Shipment & paperwork.
- Keep track of quality, quantity & stock levels.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

Ability to Relocate:
