**Overview**
A Liaison Officer is crucial in facilitating communication and coordination between different groups, organizations, or departments. Their primary responsibility is to establish and maintain positive relationships to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Interacting and coordination with various local bodies and govt departments for necessary approvals
2. Responsible for NOCs/Renewals/Permissions/Approvals etc. from government bodies for smooth functioning. Coordinating with Land/Revenue/Municipal Corporation/Labor/Electricity etc.
3. Maintain & strengthen relationships with govt. Departments
4. Acquiring all approvals of building related to Govt Bodies
5. Co-ordination for all types of Govt Bodies drawings.
6. Site visit with Govt Bodies Engineer.
7. Coordination with external architects / consultants.
8. Coordination with various Govt Bodies
9. Taking timely approvals from management at minimum cost
10. Event management
11. Oversee maintenance of company branding boards located in different areas
12. Suggest measures on cost cutting or wastage happening at sites
- Must have any Graduation.
- 4 Wheeler Driving experience with valid License
- Around 10 years of experience
- Should have good admin qualities.
- Knowledge in obtaining necessary approvals from govt authorities
- Good Planning and Organizing skills
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
