**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Service**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and approachable attitude, providing assistance and guidance as they explore the men's clothing collection.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of men's fashion trends, styles, and brands to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Actively engage with customers, building rapport to understand their preferences and needs, and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Ensure that each customer receives exceptional service throughout their shopping journey.

**Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Work closely with the sales team and store management to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively approach sales goals, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.

**Product Knowledge and Merchandising**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in men's fashion, attending product trainings and seminars as needed.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain attractive displays that highlight the store's men's clothing collection.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build long-lasting customer relationships by following up on previous purchases and providing excellent after-sales support.
- Utilize customer feedback to improve the shopping experience and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Keep abreast of competitors' offerings, pricing, and promotions to make recommendations for staying competitive in the market.

**Order Management and Stock Control**:

- Assist customers with special orders and manage the process from inquiry to delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishing merchandise on the sales floor to ensure adequate availability of products.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the cashier, other sales executives, and store staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (X years) as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the retail or men's fashion industry.
- Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of men's fashion trends, clothing styles, and brands.
- Customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the store's operating schedule.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
