Should have strong communication skills including any regional language.

Job description:

- Counseling parents or students and informing them about various career options available in the University after class 12th or Graduation.
- Maintaining the record of conversations on provided CRM.
- Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
- Handling End to the End admission process and facilitating the entire enrollment process.
- Resolving queries of students and their parents related to the course, University, and admission process.
- 0-3 years of Experience in admission counseling
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be able to work on Software / Technology used in Company for lead management/CRM.
