Receptionist Telecaller

**Front Desk Duties**:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, or customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing the reception area and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Answering incoming phone calls, screening and forwarding them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Providing basic information about the organization or directing inquiries to the relevant staff members.
- Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
**Telecalling Responsibilities**:
- Initiating outgoing calls to potential customers or clients to promote products or services.
- Following up with existing customers to gather feedback or provide additional information.
- Conducting market research surveys over the phone and recording the responses.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Keeping accurate records of telephonic interactions and updating customer databases.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
