ESL Steel Limited is poising towards debottlenecking of its operations & has expansion plans in Jharkhand state. We are in the process of expanding in 2 phases (First phase is 1.5 MT to 3 MT) Brown field project and from 3 MT to 10 MT Green Field Project, to ensure Vedanta’s strong footprint in steel business.

**Experience**:Minimum 10 years

**Qualification**:B.E/B.Tech/Electrical

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure environment, health and safety at workplace with zero harm, zero discharge and zero waste
- Manage and handle HT & LT (Power & Transformer), PCC, MCC, SOFT STARTER, VVF DRIVE & Weighing system in Lime & Dolo and SMS plant
- Break down & shutdown planning, planning of the equipment to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Ensuring right quality of Maintenance activities and Analysis. Spares Planning and availability
- To evaluate failures by doing root cause analysis and corrective measure development.
- To initiate improvement projects for efficient equipment functioning
- To ensure optimize use of resources and manpower planning.
- To ensure HSE compliances at workplace
- coordination with the critical suppliers for the smooth operation of the plant
- Implementation of Lock out /Tag out, VSS & VSAP with coordination of the concerns
