**We're seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator to join our team and ensure the successful implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) on our projects.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Expertise**: You'll be responsible for creating BIM models that meet industry standards, are spatially coordinated, and contain all necessary information.
- **Software Proficiency**: You'll be a master of BIM tools, including Revit for model creation, Navisworks for clash detection, and BIM 360 for collaboration and document management.
- **Quality Assurance**: You'll maintain model health, identify potential project risks, and ensure all project phases adhere to BIM standards and client requirements.
- **Team Leadership**: You'll collaborate with internal and external teams, manage the overall BIM workflow, and provide training and support to BIM modelers.
- **Communication & Documentation**: You'll communicate effectively with all stakeholders, compile BIM deliverables, and support the production of project documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of BIM experience on major design projects.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM principles and its role in AEC.
- Strong understanding of Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).
- Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant software (Dynamo, Power BI).
- Experience working in a Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to upholding high standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
