Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry**: Input financial transactions into accounting software accurately and timely.
- **Transaction Processing**: Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Reconciliation**: Assist in reconciling accounts, bank statements, and financial discrepancies.
- **System Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain accounting systems, ensuring data integrity and resolving any technical issues.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of financial documents for easy access and compliance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the accounting team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- **User Support**: Provide basic technical support to team members regarding accounting software and systems.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
