**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Development**: Create and innovate a diverse menu with a focus on chicken dishes, while also offering a variety of other cuisine options.
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee the preparation of meals, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are presented beautifully.
- **Kitchen Management**: Manage all kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to ensure profitability.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with management to develop new dishes, plan special events, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Cost Management**: Optimize ingredient use, minimize waste, and manage food costs to contribute to the restaurant's profitability.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
