**Professional Experience**:4 - 6 years

**Requirements to be needed**:

- Nuances in cutting process.
- Knowledge on fabric processing, so that issues with fabric can be rectified by reprocessing it.
- Knowledge on pattern making, marking and possible issues, trouble shoot, provide solution and minimize wastage.
- Knowledge on process and product quality standards as prevalent in the têxtile industry
- QC Principles, tools and techniques to implement total quality management in fabric stores and cutting area.
- Piece Goods Inspection
- Inspecting Marker Length, Marker width, Lay quantity, Style/Lot, Ratio and the measure of all individual parts marked in marker
- Spreading Quality control - Cut numbers, Ends, Leaning, Tension, Counts, Ply Height and Fabric Defects.
- Cutting Quality Control - Number of parts, Miss cut, ragged cutting, Notches and Matching plies.
- Maintain daily reports on percentage of defects, type of defects and stage at which identified in a particular style or order and CA/PA taken thereafter.
- Monitor the repeated issues and perform root cause analysis to avoid its recurrence thereafter.

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Garments: 6 years (preferred)
- Cutting Department: 5 years (preferred)
- Quality systems implementation: 2 years (preferred)
