Receptionist / Fresher

**"Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documentation.
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Collaborate with payroll and finance departments to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in using HR software and systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships."

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,730.19 per month
