Trademark Paralegal

**Job Title**: Trademark ( Associate)

**Location**: [Full-time Work-from-office]/New Delhi-Green park, South

**Experience**: 1 to 4 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Handing Trademark portfolio of Indian / foreign clients
- Handling opposition and prosecution of trademark
- Drafting and filing Notice of Oppositions/ Counter-Statements
- Keeping watch for conflicting marks
- Attending hearings at Trade Mark Registry
- Drafting replies to ERs of Trade Mark Applications
- Well versed with client-communication process
- Preparing and filing Review Petition; Opposition, Counter-Statement,
Rectification and Evidence
- Checking and evaluating all the procedural details of trade mark registration
- Dealing with general inquiries related with trade mark protection

**Education**: LLB / LLM

**Experience**: 4 - 10 years

**Salary**: From ₹250,000.00 per year
