**Position**: Sales Intern

**Location**: Durgapur

**Duration**: 4 months

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the Salesforce implementation field. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team, gaining exposure to various aspects of the sales process, client interactions, and market research.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating leads through market research and outreach efforts.
- Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and presentations to gain firsthand experience in client interactions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, CRM management, and document organization.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage but not required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
