We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychology Subject Teacher to join our faculty at Shanti Asiatic school. As a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializing in Psychology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. **Responsibilities: -**

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the CBSE curriculum for Psychology.
- Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and holistic development.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ progress to ensure academic growth and mastery of concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their individual learning needs. - Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students through interactive teaching methods. - Utilize educational technology effectively to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement.
- Actively participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic performance.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, including attendance records, grading, and discipline.

**Qualifications: -**

Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology or related field with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- Previous teaching experience in CBSE or similar curriculum-based schools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom instruction for enhanced learning outcomes.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the holistic development of students.
