**Title**:Product Owner / Product Manager

**Location**: Bengaluru

We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most important, we need a product manager who can help us build better products that people love to use.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customers, to ensure that products are delivered on time and to the desired quality.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, backlog and features based on market needs and customer feedback.
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
- Resourceful and mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate product vision and goals clearly to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for all product-related questions and inquiries
- Ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful digital products, specifically mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology.
- Experience with custom, private labelled apps.
- Experience with Digital Health.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
