- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- To lead and own quality & accuracy of timely design deliverables.
- To own Customer Experience during a project.
- To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.
- To derive BOQ, make estimation.
- To own an end to end Project lifecycle.
- Conceptual design (layout, style, mood board).
- Understanding Knowledge in 2D and 3D software’s in the interior industry (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, etc.).
- Good communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
- Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
- Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation).
- Obtain BOQs as per design.
- Result oriented Team work.
- Willingness to learn.
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Producing reports for management.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the home interior or related sector.
- Passion for interior design and home décor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and trends is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
