PLC Programmer

**PLC Programmer**
- Review & analyse P&ID Diagram for Process analysis and preparation of IO list.
- P & Id Diagram For Process Analysis And Preparation Of IO List.
- Power & control wiring of the panel in accordance with electrical wiring design.
- Review & analyse Power & Control wiring of the Panel in accordance with electrical drawing
- Develop PLC Logic & HMI graphic design (DELTA, SIEMENS) for projects to meet the process requirements.
- Good Knowledge of PLC Languages (LD, FBD, ST).
- Machine process trail with process flow, process interlock and process alarm.
- Good Knowledge of HMI Micro Scripting.
- Good Communication interface skills with PLC, HMI, VFD, LOADCELL, SERVO & Analog Inputs /
- Programming knowledge of VFD & Load cell.
- To conduct IFAT/FAT is line with the process flow and check for interlocks.
- Calibration of load cell and communication with HMI.
- Coordinate with Documentation team for preparation of PLC FDS document.
- Provide technical support (logic development and design changes) to site engineers through online mode/ offline mode.
- Site visit for Software and Hardware developments and its amendments as required by

Customer.

**Qualification**
BE/ B. Tech in ECE & EE
- Min. 2- 5 year of experience in Pharmaceutical Process Machine Manufacturing
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer handling skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
