**Position Summary**:
The Operations Executive in the Branding unit (within the Operations Department) will manage all client branded inventory from creating design mockups, placing orders, Restocking and Updating clients on stock levels while working closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure the best customer experience. This role will also be responsible for other duties supporting the operations team such as curating gift boxes, reporting on tech issues and handling customer queries and complaints as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor stock levels of all branded inventory purchased by customers
- Create design mockups for client branded inventory based on new inquiries
- Place orders and follow up on them with printing vendors
- Update customer success team or customers directly on stock levels and status of orders
- Research and get quotes from potential printing vendors
- Ensure client’s branded inventory is mapped correctly in respective orders

**Other operational duties**:

- Curate gift boxes based on customer requirements and receiver preferences
- Handle customer complaints and gift replacements through effective communication
- Process gift returns in system
- Review non-genuine ratings to ensure accurate reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and understanding Photo Printing requirements (Image quality, resize photo, file type, bleed, color mode, etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Drive/ Google Docs
