**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Execute timely follow-ups on pending orders to ensure prompt processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor and update order status, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Oversee and follow up on pending dispatches to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and manage receivables, ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the finance department to address any billing or invoicing discrepancies.
- Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date reports related to operations.
- Present regular reports to management for informed decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate offers in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Foster effective communication and coordination with the sales teams.
