What you'll do
- You will report to the Senior Manager to contribute to the solution delivery team and provides solutions which may include research and technical investigation, ensuring end-to-end functionality of the software is within the scope of business need
- Provide technical leadership and accountability for developing a major product or subsystem in a solution
- Ensure technical viability of solutions as defined in the Statement of Work and subsequent change requests, identifying technical issues
- Create and validate work estimates and skills required to assist the lead architect and project management with task scheduling and resource requests and coordinate with development and test teams to keep the deliverables on target
- Guide customers through the requirements gathering, designing and documentation process within a specific domain area while fitting within the OSS/BSS infrastructure, and making the best use of company product offerings
- Mentor other project members to increase their understanding of the customer and technology
- Provide feedback to the solution engineering team for improvements, market trends and product issues

You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent education/experience required
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- Experience with Singleview
