**Aufgaben**:

- Roles & Responsibilities- Lead the scrum team, be responsible and accountable for all aspects of product delivery based on priorities set by product owners, provide estimation of work and determination of delivery time lines.
- Identify and evaluate business & technology risks
- Implement, maintain and support solutions in the SAP Platform (BW on HANA, BO, AFO, SAC)
- Providing end-to-end support (user requirements gathering, Front-end dashboard/report development in, Documentation of Metrics/Dashboards and providing end-user Training)
- Transform business requirements into optimal systems specifications, be part of the overall data warehousing initiatives/ projects
- Ensure strategic outsource partners deliver on contractual Service Level Agreements
- Work within an agile development team of developers and analysts and business stakeholders
- Read data from multiple data sources, transform, enrich and aggregate data for an efficient presentation in an enterprise environment
- Recommend improvements to streamline processes regarding data flow and improve data accuracy, usability and value
- Remain abreast of technology developments within fields relevant to current and future Reporting initiatives

**Skills**:
- 10+ years of experience with SAP BW on HANA with BW-IP skills as mandatory
- Designing and developing Planning Interfaces that encompasses complex Data Slices, Characteristic Relationship & FOX formula scenarios, Planning Sequences and Planning Functions.
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP skills from BW Perspective [Routines, Classes, BADI, FM,AMDP, Procedures ABAP CDS etc) - Hands On Experience Required
- Strong Knowledge in BW HANA concepts - ADSO's, Virtual providers, Native HANA - Hybrid Calculation Views./CDS views
- Should create O-data services, Entities set on their own.
- Good experience in Analysis for Office and Integrating planning objects in AO. Debugging skill required to identify planning related issues - Mandatory
- Experience Month End closing related tasks -Mandatory
- Strong knowledge in Bex Query - Cells, RKF ,CKF, Structures, Formulas Good Knowledge in AFO - Workbook Creation
- Extensive experience with complex SAP BW Environment & LSA++ Architectures
- Preferred functional Knowledge Finance, accounting and controlling
- Handling complex scenarios in Calculation Views
- Preferred knowledge in Devops model

The Role- Deliver & support of complex SAP Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support.
- Plan, setup, implement and operate SAP technologies and its interfaces.
- Plan and migrate SAP systems
- Ensure compliance of landscape to global security standards
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for major incidents and implement permanent fix.
- Coordinate with international teams in Global projects / Root Cause Analysis / de-escalation initiatives.

The Role Requirement- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech, MCA
- Needs to have strong knowledge and hands on experience on SAP Basis activities such as Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, Maintenance
- Technically fluent in OS(Unix/Windows/Linux) and Database (HANA/Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB) Administration
- Good Understanding of Infrastructure Components of the environment (Server/Storage/OS/VM/Network)
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and system integration.
- Exposure to HANA Scale-out setup and maintenance
- Exposure to SAP BW (BWonHANA & BW4/HANA ) Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Knowledge in SAP platforms such ABAP, JAVA, TREX etc..
- Exposure to SAP Solution Manager
- Exposure to Near Line Storage / Content server
- Knowledge/Experience in Performance Tuning, User Management, System Copies, Upgrades, Migrations
- Knowledge in Technology security fundamentals as well as SAP Application/ Database/ Operating System level security will be a big plus
- Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems
- Ability to work in international teams, communicating in English fluently. Work effectively in a de-central team and develop working relationships across the organization
- Ability to quickly acquire and share knowledge on new technologies.
- Good Documentation skills
- Good to have understanding of Axway CFT
