We are seeking a highly skilled Particle Size Analysis Specialist to join our team at Thetabeta

Analgorithms, a leading Pharma Research company based in Navi Mumbai. As a Particle Size Analysis

Specialist, you will play a key role in understanding the physical behavior of Active Pharmaceutical

Ingredients (APIs) and meeting our customers' specific requirements. Your expertise will be critical in

ensuring accurate particle size analysis and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding the Physical Behavior of APIs:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of the physical properties of APIs using particle size classifiers.
- Utilize advanced techniques to assess particle size distribution, shape, and surface area.
- Understanding Customer’s Requirements/Problem Statement:

- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their unique requirements and challenges related
- to particle size analysis.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their specific needs and expectations.
- Understanding the “WHY” in Customer’s Requirement:

- Probe deeper into customer requirements to understand the underlying reasons and
- objectives.
- Analyze the purpose behind the customer's requests to provide tailored solutions.
- Providing Correct Requirements for Samples:

- Develop precise sampling protocols based on customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate and representative samples are collected for particle size analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Botany.
- Proficiency in working with microscope.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering accurate results to clients.
