**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accounting of Cash & Bank entries
- Accounting income & expenditure,
- Invoice preparations; Bank reconciliations
- Account receivable reconciliations
- Finalization of Accounts
- To work on the Compliances
- TDS, GST and ITR Filing
- Handling the Bank Reconciliation work
- To manage the Documents
- To Assist the Auditors
- Salary computations
- Preparing financial analyses and reports
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Assisting with annual audit preparations
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
- Co-ordinating transition of tax and accounting related processes for existing and new clients, as and when required
- Verification of tax positions adopted by the client
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating trackers as may be required
- Ensuring that deliverables processed meet key client requirements such as KPI, TAT etc
- Suggesting automation of various tasks, repetitive tax & accounting entries with focus on continuous improvement.
- Co-ordinating with the client's onsite finance / tax / operations team to collate information/documents as may be required from time to time
- Managing tax and transfer pricing compliance for various jurisdictions.
- Developing detailed business plans and financial projections.
- Preparing process flows, governance models etc.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
