With direction from Talent, OD & Ethics Manager (New Delhi), the Training Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth end to end execution of talent management programs and related activities.
**Major Responsibilities**
Support the activities related to smooth execution of Talent Management (TM) / L&D Programs at the Regional / Country Level.
Planning, Coordination and execution of Orientation Program for New Hires
Virtual production/ hosting of training sessions delivered over TEAMS.
Capturing data on the Learning Management System.
Managing dashboard data and reports as per timelines.
Maintain documentation of data related to Talent Management.
Planning of activities / programs from end to end as per planned calendars namely
Record the progress of all trainees.
Maintain a record of each trainee’s training status.
Submit to owner all training records (e.g., roster of attendees, copies of examination papers, tests) at the completion training.
Ensure organized transfer of all training program content to the owner at training program completion.
As part of the reporting function, a monthly progress report (expressed in percent complete) will be prepared for management indicating overall progress and containing comments and any required actions.
Connect with internal stakeholders and maintain a good rapport with all.
Support talent management team in the administration of assessment and feedback tools and other leadership tools as required from time to time.
Design the learning calendar in discussion with the talent management team.
Work to continuously improve relevance, effectiveness, and delivery of talent management related programs through proper planning, timeline adherence, documentation, data analysis and identification of improvement opportunities.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, L&D or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years related experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility over time, OR 10 years of overall experience in lieu of degree
Demonstrated experience in management of support activities related to smooth execution of training programs.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
Hands on experience in managing Learning Management systems
Experience in handling dashboard and related tools,
Working knowledge of matrix organizational structure
Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Data analytics skills and abilities
Ability to travel 10-15%
