Developing and delivering lectures, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively communicate complex physics concepts to students.
Providing clarity on fundamental theories and principles in physics.

**Curriculum Development**:Designing and updating curriculum materials in line with the latest syllabus and exam patterns.
Creating study plans and schedules to help students manage their time effectively.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:Designing and administering regular assessments, mock tests, and quizzes to evaluate students' progress.
Providing constructive feedback on students' performance and guiding them on areas that need improvement.

**Problem Solving and Doubt Resolution**:Assisting students in solving problems and addressing their doubts during and outside of class hours.
Encouraging a participative and interactive learning environment.

**Mentoring and Counseling**:Acting as a mentor to students, providing academic and career guidance.
Identifying and addressing individual learning needs and challenges.

**Staying Updated**:Keeping abreast of developments in the field of physics and incorporating relevant updates into the teaching material.
Staying informed about changes in the NEET and JEE examination patterns.

Participating in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

**Motivational Support**:Motivating and inspiring students to excel in their studies and perform well in the competitive exams.
Instilling a passion for physics and a curiosity for scientific inquiry.

**Communication with Parents**:Maintaining open communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:Completing administrative tasks related to student attendance, progress reports, and other documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
