**Responsibilities**:
1. Participant Support: Serve as the main point of contact for participants in the training program, offering guidance and support from enrolment to program completion.

2. Individual Assessments: Conduct individual assessments with trainees to understand their career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement, and create personalized learning plans accordingly.

3. Emotional Well-being: Provide emotional support to participants, addressing any personal or professional challenges that may arise during the training program.

4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor participants' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to help them stay on track.

5. Academic Support: Collaborate with trainers and instructors to ensure participants receive adequate academic support and resources to enhance their learning experience.

6. Career Guidance: Assist trainees in identifying potential career paths and opportunities related to the training program, offering insights into the job market and industry trends.

7. Time Management: Help participants develop effective time management and study skills to balance their training commitments with other responsibilities.

8. Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve any interpersonal conflicts or issues that may arise among participants, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

9. Networking Opportunities: Facilitate networking opportunities for participants, connecting them with industry professionals or alumni to expand their professional networks.

10. Group Workshops: Organize group workshops or counselling sessions to address common challenges, share best practices, and foster a sense of community among participants.

11. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the training program and counselling support services.

12. Crisis Intervention: Be prepared to handle crisis situations, providing appropriate interventions or referrals to external resources if necessary.

13. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress, counselling sessions, and any relevant interactions.

14. Training Program Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the training program and attract potential participants.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

2. Proven experience in counselling, advising, or mentoring individuals in an educational or professional setting.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with participants.

4. Empathetic and supportive approach, demonstrating the ability to understand and address trainees' needs and concerns.

5. Knowledge of educational and career development principles to guide participants effectively.

6. Organizational skills to manage multiple participants and provide personalized attention to each individual.

7. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced training environment.

8. Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in training and development.

9. Familiarity with various counselling techniques and methods to cater to diverse learning needs.

10. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and adapt counselling strategies based on feedback from trainers and stakeholders.
