**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to support the sales process by providing technical expertise and demonstrating the value of our CRM solutions to potential clients. Your goal will be to ensure that prospects understand how Leadrat’s products can meet their specific needs and contribute to their business success. Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for effectively engaging with our diverse client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor presentations and demonstrations of Leadrat’s CRM solutions to address their needs.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct engaging and informative product demos that highlight the features and benefits of our CRM solutions, demonstrating how they solve clients' challenges.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical guidance and answer detailed questions from prospects regarding the functionality, integration, and benefits of our CRM products.
- **Solution Design**: Assist in designing customized solutions and proposals that align with the client’s requirements and business objectives.
- **Cold Calling**: Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule product demonstrations. Utilize effective cold calling techniques to generate interest and set appointments for follow-up.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position Leadrat’s solutions.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to provide insights to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation as needed.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
