Hostel Warden

**Job Description: Full-time Hostel Warden at Arera Convent School, Bhopal**

Arera Convent School is hiring a full-time Hostel Warden to ensure the safety and well-being of our residential students. As a Hostel Warden, you'll create a positive environment and maintain discipline in the hostel.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and monitor students, ensuring their safety and welfare.

2. Maintain hostel rules and promote a respectful living environment.

3. Create a schedule for study hours, activities, and meals.

4. Help resolve conflicts and provide guidance to students.

5. Coordinate with school staff, parents, and guardians.

6. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the hostel.

7. Keep records of attendance and incidents.

8. Organize events and outings for students.

9. Support students in their personal and academic development.

10. Stay on the premises for student safety.

**Requirements**:
1. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field.

2. Previous experience as a Hostel Warden or Residential Supervisor is a plus.

3. Good communication skills and ability to connect with students.

4. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

5. Understanding of child development and behavior management.

6. First aid knowledge is a bonus.

7. Ability to handle emergencies calmly.

8. Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

9. Integrity, professionalism, and passion for working with students.

10. Must be willing to reside on the premises for student safety.
