Job Title: Telecaller (IT Company)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Telecaller for our IT company. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, promoting our IT products and services, and generating leads through effective telephonic communication. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive ability, and customer-centric approach will contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our IT products and services, and generating leads.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.

Build and maintain a strong customer database by documenting relevant information and updates during the telephonic interactions.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and move potential clients further along the sales pipeline.

Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and sales conversion by consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities, qualify leads, and assist in closing sales deals.

Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of telephonic interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback using our CRM software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to provide valuable insights from customer interactions and contribute to enhancing our products and services.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the IT industry.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive telephone demeanor.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their requirements.

Ability to effectively articulate technical information in a simplified manner.

Self-motivated individual with a target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using telephony systems, such as automatic dialing systems.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and objections.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
