**The essence of the role**

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with a product manager to propose, design, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your involvement will span the entire product development process, from initial concept to wireframing, prototyping/mockup creation, pixel-perfect design, implementation, and launch.

We seek a team player who can operate autonomously and adapt seamlessly to a rapidly changing environment. The key responsibilities for a UX designer include:

- Conduct research on customers, competitors and products.
- Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements.
- Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Translate wireframes into refined visual composites while adhering to (and evolving) a UI design system.
- Implement and oversee usability testing.
- Communicate design solutions through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create and maintain usability documentation.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure product quality.
- Work closely with product managers and marketing to enhance customer success.
- Ensure products undergo testing with customers and align with business goals.
- Assist the marketing and product team by creating marketing-related assets, such as designing campaigns to announce new functionality and updating marketing/features pages to reflect new products/functionality.

**Who are you?**

**Experience**:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing UI/UX for B2B SaaS products (design portfolio required).

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field.

**Skill Sets**:

- Working knowledge of UX design principles.
- User interface design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools like Balsamiq or Sketch.
- Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision.
- Competence in user testing and usability analysis.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills. The ability to articulate your design vision and advocate for your design decisions.
