**Position Description**:

- Working closely with the MDG-M Functional Consultant(s) to understand the client requirements and deliver the MDG-M solution according to the client requirements.
- Good understanding of SAP MDG technical framework includes BADI, BAPI/RFC/FM, Workflows, BRF+, Enterprise Services, IDoc, Floorplan Manager, WebDynPro, Fiori and MDG API framework

**Your future duties and responsibilities**:
Pro-actively bring technical solution to complex requirements.
- Analyse and translate MDG-M Functional Specification into a MDG-M Technical Specification.
- Responsible for the configuration of the MDG-M solution according to Technical specification
- Participate in project workshops with business stakeholders to understand AS IS process and gather requirements.
- Prepare Technical and Test Specification Documents.
- Provide solutions for end-to-end data management, Conversion & Integration including Master Data Management, Data governance, Data profiling, Extract, cleanse, map & transform, and load the data into target systems using various SAP tools such as SAP ECC, SAP MDG/UI, SAP BRF, SAP ABAP, SAP Net Weaver, ALE/IDOC etc.
- Conduct and Coordinate testing with the client teams using relevant tools and support the preparation of training manuals for the end user community.
- Identify, report, track and resolve testing defect in the relevant tool.
- Participate in the project cut over & Go live tasks.
- SAP MDG Functional +7 years of experience as a MDG Technical Consultant
- SAP MDG - SAP MDG-Material Master ETE Implementation Expertise
- MDG Data Model Enhancements
- Modification to UI

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:

- Hands on experience in configuring Product/Material Master data in MDG including:

- Data duplication check rules
- Data derivation rules
- Data validation rules
- Mass changes
- Data replication involving Key/Value mapping,
- Data Replication Framework
- MDG Change Request Configuration. Hands on experience in BRF Plus
- SAP ALE/IDOC settings
- SAP MDG FIORI config.
- SAP MDG Consolidation config
- Knowledge of SAP data dictionary tables, views, relationships and corresponding data architecture for ECC and S/4 HANA for Material Master.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners to understand the specific-Enterprise Data needs.
