Zonal Coordinator

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of current and updated technologies is required
- Solid organizational skills including time management and multitasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude towards work and responsibilities
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Should also be well-versed in creating web content, blogs, articles, and press release according to the requirements

**Results expected**
- To reach out to different institutions related to YIP activities and ensure the participation of all the stakeholders.
- Proper documentation for each event.
- Document program activities through weekly reports.
- Institution-wise Interest Group for Innovation

**Responsibilities**
- Get acquainted with major colleges & schools.
- Ensure the success of YIP Roadshows across the district.
- Ensure support for students at different stages in the YIP during registration, ideation, etc.
- Ensure student participation and engagement in YIP activities.
- Organize YIP events
- Collaborate with K-DISC District Coordinators to ensure YIP Program participation.
- Ensure maximum student participation in YIP Roadshows.
- Organize YIP orientation sessions for campuses.
- Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing programs and submit summary reports to the Program Manager each month.
- Orientation on YIP 5.0 and its process to the students and Faculties of MuLearn and community partners
- Collect UI-UX design ideas from students and finalize them through an offline Hackathon

**Accountability**
- Work productively and successfully with diverse people and groups.
- Monitor feedback and review all the stakeholders including students, participants, faculties, and interns and report the same to Zonal Coordinators.
- Maintain weekly YIP status of districts.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Malappuram, Kerala
