a. To plan, organize & carry out the internal audit assignments as per the requirements of the organization

b. To provide assurance on the adequacy, appropriateness & effectiveness of the internal control environment & risk management framework

c. To provide recommendations on the systems, procedures, cost control measures, report on the findings, monitor management response & implementation
