Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Instructional Delivery**: Design and implement engaging lesson plans in Social Science topics, covering History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics in alignment with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Regularly evaluate students’ progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to aid in their academic development.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain an organized, disciplined, and safe classroom environment that is conducive to learning and in line with school policies.
- **Professional Development**: Attend faculty meetings, participate in professional development sessions, and collaborate with fellow teachers to improve teaching practices and curriculum standards.
- **Parental Engagement**: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, achievements, and any areas of concern.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**: Support school programs, events, and activities related to Social Science education, such as debates, exhibitions, and field trips.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science (History, Geography, Political Science, or related field); a B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Social Science curriculum and teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement techniques
- Ability to use technology effectively for instruction and record-keeping
