- Preparing functional requirements
- Drafting nonfunctional requirements
- Formulating the main backlog
Solution Design phase
- Documentation of formal requirements, user stories, User Journey which ensure that the solutions proposed are fit for purpose, meet business needs and are operationally sustainable.
- Story mapping with user-journey with UI/X designers
- Establishing acceptance criteria with the team
- Prioritizing backlog items with product owner
Development phase
- Ensure requirements are well understood, documented and translated to the development team
- Tracking the development process
- Support and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Maintenance phase
- Gathering and processing feedback from customer and users
- Formulating the next backlog

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence
