Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Visibility One tool, including, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate Visibility One with other security tools and processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures related to the Visibility One tool.
- Troubleshoot audio visual issues, including analysis of logs and system performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams to design and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Work with the Visibility One tool to monitor and analyze system performance, identify potential issues or anomalies, and provide recommendations to improve system visibility and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures related to audio visual systems and the Visibility One tool.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential security threats or anomalies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve network visibility and security posture.

Job Requirements

Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education And Training Requirements
- Crestron, Lenovo, Logitech, Cisco, BrightSign AV platforms and their respective management suits
- Custom audio solution (Shure, Q-SYS) integration with AV conferencing devices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with network monitoring and security tools, including experience with the Visibility One tool.
- Experience with the Visibility One tool, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain the inventory and enroll the AV systems (Crestron, Lenovo, Cisco) devices to Visibility one tool for real time monitoring.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze and correct complex technical problems of Visibility one tool and audio/visual and related systems
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, etc.).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Troubleshoot automation issues, including analysis of logs and system performance metrics.
- Experience with automation tools and languages, such as Crestron, AMX, Python, or PowerShell
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
