Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Chennai

Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy for financial services roles in the UK market
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with hiring managers, and ensure timely and effective communication throughout the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on financial services roles in the UK market
- Proven track record of filling a variety of roles, including Project Managers, Developers, Testers, Consultants, and Solution Architects
- Strong understanding of most technologies, such as.Net, C#, and Java
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, creative, and innovative approach to recruitment

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
