Perform the requisite nursing activities for admission, discharge, and transfer of the patient.
- To render nursing care during physiotherapy, ambulation and rehabilitation of patients as required.
- Render pre-operative, post-operative intensive care to the patients in the area.
- Observing, recording and reporting of all tests, diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and vital signs e.g. TPR and Blood pressure.
- She will be responsible for communication with the patient’s attendants/relatives about the patient’s clinical conditions in consultation with the treating doctor whenever needed.
- To ensure proper coordination with other disciplines in case of admission, discharge, transfer, shifting to Cath Lab/OT/Critical Care Area/Wards.
- Assist doctors in performing medical and emergency procedures.
- To ensure that the equipment and accessories to be used on patient are checked before usage.
- To ensure the personal property are handed over to the relative once patient get admitted.
- To demonstrate skills in patient assessment, doctors round, medication administration, documentation and equipment handling.
- To ensure that the privacy of patient is maintained during the entire course of treatment, procedure, investigation and during transport.
- To ensure all the information regarding patient to patient rights, treatment information and patient safety is not compromised for each and every admitted patient.
- To effectively interface with patients/attendants/physicians/other service users with high level of responsiveness.
- To take nursing decisions according to the condition of the patient.
- Ensure timely indenting and proper stock management of medicines.
- Empowered to communicate to consultants at any time regarding the progress of patient.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
