Staff Nurse

**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assessing patient needs and planning nursing care accordingly.
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate and complete health records.
- Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Reporting any adverse reactions or side effects promptly.
- **Health Education**:

- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- **Infection Control**:

- Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Implementing preventive measures to minimize the risk of infections.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Responding effectively to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
- Collaborating with emergency teams during critical situations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- **GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)** diploma from a recognized institution.
- **BSc in Nursing** degree from an accredited university.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **2-3 years** of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

**Additional Information**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
