Job Title: Project Architect

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop architectural plans, 3d models, renders and Working drawings and details for Township villas, commercial, residential, and institutional projects
- Oversee the Execution of work, ensuring that they are built according to the drawings and specifications with regular/organized site visits.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Research and implement new materials, building systems, and design methods to improve the efficiency, safety, and aesthetic appeal of buildings.
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and contracts
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, providing them with technical guidance, advice, and support
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Solves complex design problems through schematic design and design development.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Urban Planning from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in designing and overseeing the execution of commercial, residential, and institutional buildings
- Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of architectural principles, concepts and standards.
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Autocad, rendering softwares, like Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, V-ray, as well as other design tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, reports, area statements, building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team as well.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, as required
- Flexibility to focus on multiple projects in various stages of development
- A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Collaborative and team-conscious.

**Salary**: ₹15,181.02 - ₹20,050.47 per month

- Hubli City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
