**We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fashion Retail Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit, offering styling advice, and answering product questions
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Achieve set sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Handle returns and exchanges with professionalism and courtesy
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles
- Possess a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and materials
- Contribute to the creation of visually appealing and impactful store displays
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is organized and readily available
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
- Adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure effectively
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers
- Demonstrate flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (schedule to be discussed)

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in fashion trends and the ability to translate trends into sales
- Experience in retail sales or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport
- Cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn
- Adaptability to customer preferences and a positive attitude
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

- Basic tailoring knowledge
- Experience with fitting rooms and size recommendations
- Familiarity with fashion accessories
- Confidence in recommending products and upselling/cross-selling

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
